• If you see a property on our web site that you would like to rent, you can apply and pay the application fee online instead of completing a paper application.
• You will have your own personal account that you can access from anywhere on any computer 24/7.
• You can pay your rent online by e-payment (ACH) from a checking account. It is fast, easy, and secure.
• You can log into your account each month and pay online or set up as a reoccurring monthly payment. Remember, if you are no longer an Eaton Realty Services resident, please be sure to cancel your automatic payment.
• You can submit repair requests online by logging into your account.
• You can log into your account and send an e-mail to your property manager.
• If you would like to pay your rent online and you do not already have an account, please let us know and we will assist you with getting started by sending you an activation link.
